IV/Infusion Pharmacy Technician Contract to Hire Memphis, TN (Bartlett Suburb)

A leading specialty pharmacy is urgently seeking two experienced IV/Infusion Pharmacy Technicians for their Bartlett, TN location. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with full-time weekday hours and immediate start.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding and prepare infusion medications under pharmacist supervision
• Accurately enter prescriptions, manage inventory, and prepare orders in CareTend (CPR+)
• Package and label medications in accordance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate shipment logistics and patient file maintenance
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and participate in pharmacy quality assurance processes
  
  

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion or hospital pharmacy with IV/sterile compounding as the primary responsibility
• PTCB certification highly desired
• Familiarity with CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
