LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated IV Infusion Registered Nurse for outpatient infusion services. The role emphasizes administering IV therapies, patient monitoring, and safety in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA, and patient-family education on treatment plans, medications, and self-care. Experience in various nursing settings and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in IV infusion therapy is required; familiarity with acute pain management is preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practices.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations, including developmental disabilities or geriatric needs.
• Experience in long-term care, home health, hospice & palliative medicine, or outpatient clinics is beneficial.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required depending on setting.
