Qualifications

• 2-3 years of LPN experience, oncology preferred
• CPR certification required
• IV certification preferred but not required
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Strong HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming patient calls and voicemails, providing triage support
• Document patient interactions accurately in medical records
• Assist physicians and nurses with care coordination and documentation
• Obtain prior authorizations for oral chemotherapy medications
• Process prescription refills with the Triage RN
• Schedule initial chemotherapy appointments following patient education
• Administer IV therapies (non-chemotherapy) as needed
• Communicate lab results and provider instructions to patients
