Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active State Pharmacy license/registration.
• Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Working knowledge of IV compounding.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV automation tasks aseptically and error-free.
• Clean and maintain IV automation equipment daily.
• Follow hazardous drugs handling procedures.
• Identify and order medications to optimize inventories.
• Monitor consumables and required supplies for equipment.
• Troubleshoot IV automation equipment and report issues.
• Complete fingertip and media fill sampling.
• Communicate with operations manager and customer effectively.
• Ensure documentation aligns with procedures and policies.
• Train staff and ensure required documents are completed.
