Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required at hire.
• 6 months experience with IV medication compounding.
• Pharmacy Technician license in WA at hire.
• IV admixture training and certification including handling of hazardous/chemotherapy meds when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications per policy and regulations.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
• Maintains medication and supply stock levels.
• Operates automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in QA programs and maintains QA documentation.
• Trained and certified in IV admixture preparation per regulatory requirements.
