Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair equipment and facilities such as steam piping systems, boilers, water systems, sewer systems, gas systems, fire protection, and pool systems. Install, replace, and repair piping, insulation, and water treatment equipment. Troubleshoot systems, operate boilers, and maintain records. Ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Trade school training with 2-3 years of experience, or 4 years of apprenticeship plus 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, with availability for other shifts for special events.
