OpenKrill is seeking an ITSM Coordinator to manage ticket triage, coordinate on-site dispatches, and monitor multiple boards to maintain ticket flow. You will act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring timely updates and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication. Standard work hours are 8:30-5:30 PST, Monday to Friday, with full-time duties in a US-based environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-3 years of ticket management or triage processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Triages tickets in Manual Review, assessing urgency and impact.
• Coordinate on-site dispatches and route tickets to the right resource.
• Monitor Spam Cleanup Board and reclassify mislabeled tickets.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information for waiting tickets.
