1. Design, develop, and maintain ITSM software with seamless ServiceNow integration for incident, problem, change, and asset management.
2. Build and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows bridging ServiceNow, Zabbix, OTRS/Zuny, and Proxmox.
3. Develop real-time event-driven monitoring and alerting solutions using Zabbix and Kubernetes.
