Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an ITSM Asset Management Engineer in the New York, NY area to support asset lifecycles, tagging, and SNOW ITSM ingestion. The role involves logging endpoint details and coordinating asset data with admins and ticketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Logic Monitor, Cisco/Aruba networking, and training staff on asset management processes within ServiceNow environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT asset management processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of SNOW ITSM module for asset ingestion and ticketing.
• Familiarity with Logic Monitor for asset monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle including IDF/MDF scanning and tagging.
• Log MAC addresses and device names for HW endpoints; map assets in SNOW.

Progress on your journey to success! ECLARO is currently recruiting for an ITSM Asset Management Engineer in the New York, NY area for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• IT Asset management to support the following:


• IDF / MDF scanning, tagging, and logging in device serial numbers and MAC addresses.


• Record MAC address and device names of all HW endpoints (tag and logging data).


• POS and RFID tagging, logging, and mapping into SNOW.

Skills:

• Experience with Logic Monitor-importing and exporting assets.


• Proficient in Cisco and Aruba Networking-Core route and switch (Cisco) and Wireless (Aruba).


• Ability to provide Asset Management training and onboard for admin staff and ServiceNow ticketing agents.


• SNOW experience with ITSM Module for ingestion of IT assets.


• Knowledge transfer of business processes.


• Experience with Logic Monitor is a big plus.
