Job summary

Conti LLC is seeking an experienced ITS Superintendent to lead ITS construction, maintenance, and operations on FDOT roadway projects across Florida. The role oversees field personnel, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive ITS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with FDOT representatives, engineers, and stakeholders on-site. A valid license and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ITS/related projects experience.
• Previous supervisory/foreman/superintendent experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred with company CDL program available.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, wiring diagrams, specs, and technical docs.
• OSHA certification and MOT/TTC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITS field crews, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day ITS construction and maintenance on FDOT projects.
• Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, contract requirements and policies.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials and logistics.
• Oversee installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of ITS systems.
• Maintain project documentation and daily progress reports.
• Mentor technicians and foremen to enhance safety and performance.
