Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale ITS initiatives spanning clinical, operational, and technical domains. You will ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and system reliability while aligning technology investments with organizational strategy.

The Project Manager provides enterprise-level leadership for complex, high-impact ITS initiatives that span clinical, operational, and technical domains. The role is accountable for delivering outcomes that directly support patient safety, care delivery, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
Operating beyond mid-level project coordination, the Project Manager represents a professional contributor with enterprise influence, cross-functional authority, financial accountability, governance leadership, and executive-level communication, ensuring technology investments align with organizational strategy and Concord Hospital’s mission of quality, accountability, and sustainable operations.
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification required
Additional certifications (e.g., Agile, Lean, ITIL) considered an asset.
Ten (10) or more years of progressive project management experience, preferably within healthcare, ITS, or other highly regulated environments
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial, operational, and organizational impact
Proven experience engaging with executive and senior leadership
