Job summary

ITProFound in Inver Grove Heights, MN seeks an experienced software development lead to research, build high-quality software and collaborate with product teams to plan new features. Qualifications

Job Description

Research, build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Collaborate with software/ product development team to plan new features. Involve in all phases of SDLC - Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and maintenance, document the current state of the infrastructure and provide roadmap of future needs based on the business requirements. Participate in planning and scoping meetings for future projects. Work cross functionally to resolve complex customer problems. Must be able to re-prioritize tasks as the business deems appropriate. Lead a team of 3-4 software developers, mentor and guide them for developing IT application solutions.

The occupation may require relocation to client sites and travel within the United States. The frequency of travel is estimated to be 5%.

Requirements

Master’s in Computer Science or Software Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems/CIS/MIS, or Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or closely related and two years of experience in any software development/software engineering occupation with Java or .Net Technologies, Object Oriented Programming, Database operations, implementing Multi-Tier applications, core backend services and best practices regarding security and scalability.

OR

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems/CIS/MIS, or Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or closely related and five years of experience in any software development/software engineering occupation. At least two of those years of experience must be with Java or .NET Technologies, Object Oriented Programming, Database operations, implementing Multi-Tier applications, core backend services and best practices regarding security and scalability.
