Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking an ITM System & Continuous Improvement Specialist at our South Boston facility.

You will partner with leadership to strengthen the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System, drive Lean daily management, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance. You will coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and deploy strategic objectives across the plant, fostering accountability,

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years in Lean management, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement.
Lean Six Sigma certifications (Lean Practitioner, Green Belt, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilidades

Partner with factory leadership to strengthen the ITM System across the value chain.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste elimination and operational excellence.
Facilitate Kaizen events and process improvement workshops.
Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.
Train, coach, and mentor colleagues on Lean methodologies and ITM System tools.
