Job summary

Huntington is seeking a driven Supervisor to develop training, procedures, and quality assurance for our Interactive Teller group. You will manage 3-4 virtual tellers, create schedules for peak hours, and oversee transactions as needed.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to monitor compliance indicators (CTR/SAR/REG CC) and assist with cash balancing. Remote options are available where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years teller experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small staff of 3-4 virtual tellers.
