Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred; coursework in education such as behavior management or instructional strategies recommended.
• At least 48 college credits and two years of experience in a structured setting, or two years in related educational contexts.
• Successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment with a qualifying score of 455 or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional activities to support students with IEPs and general education learners.
• Provide classroom management support and supervision during activities and transitions.
• Support teachers with clerical tasks and preparation of instructional materials.
