Qualifications

• Valid teaching certificate/licensure to teach in specializations and grade levels per WV Code §18A-3-2.
• Maintain up-to-date certification/licensure per WVBE Policy 5202.
• Background check as required by WV Code §§18-5-15c and 18A-3-10.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement WV College and Career Readiness standards.
• Implement adopted and supplemental academic programs.
• Coordinate with special education and regular classroom teachers on IEPs.
• Plan and implement designated co-curricular activities and school programs.
