The ESL Teacher instruct students whose first language is not English to learn to read, speak, listen, and write English, so they can achieve grade-level proficiency in all academic areas. Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth of students enrolled in an education setting. Establishes effective rapport with students. Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for becoming a responsible citizen in accordance with each pupil’s ability.
