What You’ll Need to Succeed Required

• Strong experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
• Hands‑on experience building automations, REST integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management fundamentals.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Experience integrating cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems.
• Ability to work across teams to define automation needs and deliver practical solutions.
• US Citizenship Required
• Candidate must possess active SECRET clearance, and the ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI.
• Bachelors and 8 years of progressive work experience.

Preferred

• ITIL Foundation or higher certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or similar tools.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, CMDB design, or process optimization.

Location & Travel

Remote Travel Expected=25% The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
