Job summary

Summit Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical oncology company, seeks an IT Business Analyst for G&A to optimize corporate software systems. You will be the primary technical contact for HR, Finance, and Legal, ensuring secure, integrated and scalable tools.

The role blends daily system administration with long‑term digital transformation projects. You will support ERP, Coupa, Agiloft, and other systems, document processes, build dashboards, and assist with SOX ITGC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting enterprise applications in a GA environment (Finance, HR, Legal, P2P).
  • Hands-on with ERP (NetSuite preferred), HRIS platforms, P2P tools (Coupa), and CLM systems is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/SQL/data query and data validation capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of SOX ITGC, SOD, and audit‑driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to understand and analyze business needs.
  • Support and maintain core G&A applications such as NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Agiloft, and other corporate systems.
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to document business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards across ERP and HR systems.
  • Support monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and audit requests from Finance/HR/IT.
  • Support SOX ITGC processes including access reviews, segregation of duties, and audit documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams and technical implementation partners.
  • Support implementation of new systems, features, and releases—including testing, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and documentation.
  • Develop support materials, training content, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI.

HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.

HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.

HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy.

Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland.

Overview of Role:

The ITBusinessAnalyst for G&Ais responsible forthe health, integration, and optimization of corporate software systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for HR, Finance, and Legal departments, ensuring their tools are secure, integrated, and scaling with the company. This role balances day-to-day system administration with long-term digital transformation projects.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2+years’ experience supporting enterprise applications in a G&A environment (Finance, HR, Legal, P2P).
  • Handson experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred), HRIS platforms,P2Ptools (Coupa), and CLM systemsisa plus.
  • StrongExcel/SQL/data query and data validation capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of SOX ITGC, SOD, andaudit-drivenenvironments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements.

Pay Transparency

$98,000 - $128,000 USD

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
