Job summary

Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology seeking a leader to set strategy for Italy, owning revenue, growth and market share. You will build a growth plan, understand how Italian law firms buy and operate, and partner with leadership to expand Clio's presence across Europe.

You will directly manage and develop the sales team in Italy, recruit leaders with AI fluency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across product, marketing and operations.

Qualifications

8+ years in revenue leadership, including 5+ years leading managers.
Experience growing a B2B SaaS business in an under-penetrated market.
Real fluency in the Italian legal market and ability to engage with professional services audiences.

Responsibilities

Set strategy for Italy and deliver against revenue, growth and market share goals.
Build growth plan including segments, pricing, and priorities for the year.
Understand how Italian lawyers operate and adapt to local regulatory and practice nuances.
Partner with General Manager, International and sales leadership to grow Clio in Italy and Europe.
