Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues reported by customers.
  • Guide customers through product features and solutions with clarity and empathy.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the system accurately for future reference.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate unresolved issues and improve service processes.
  • Engage in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
