Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years or older at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of university education preferred.
• Prior service‑industry experience (customer service, hospitality, airline, military, etc.).
• Ability to read and speak Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and willingness to follow dress code and grooming guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety and customer service duties on board flights.
• Conduct pre‑flight safety demonstrations and respond to in‑flight emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including handling special requests and resolving issues.
• Assist with boarding, baggage handling, and cabin maintenance.
• Adhere to all company policies and international aviation regulations.
