Mindrift invites native Italian speakers in New York to join a paid, 3-day in-person study in Midtown Manhattan. You will be observed as you use your phone, explain how you interact with apps, and share examples of daily digital habits with the research team.
The study runs 1–3 days, with a short habits questionnaire and a consent form. The project aims to understand how language and culture affect mobile usage for better product design.
Mindrift is running a research study on how people use their phones, apps and everyday digital tools, and how that differs across languages and cultures. We’re looking for native Italian speakers in New York to join a paid, 3-day in-person study in Midtown Manhattan.
Most technology is still designed with English speakers in mind. This study helps researchers understand how people who communicate in Italian actually use their devices, so future products work better for them.
Great fit for international students, people new to NYC, and anyone between jobs or with a flexible schedule.
$100/hour, up to $2,400 for the full study.
Participation is voluntary and covered by a signed consent form that explains exactly what’s involved. You can ask questions at any point and stop whenever you like.
