Qualifications

• 1+ year of serving experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant.
• Ability to learn and speak about food, wine, and cocktails.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling guest transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a relaxed, attentive dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, wine list, and cocktail program.
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders while communicating with the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation.
• Communicate allergies and dietary restrictions accurately.
• Work closely with hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
• Respond to guest feedback professionally.
