Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is required.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate and complete orders from guests, noting special requests.
• Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and organized manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
