Job summary

Eataly is hiring a Bartender to craft beverages and provide cheerful, timely service at the bar and restaurant. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and guide the Barback, ensuring guest satisfaction through expert drink service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role involves preparing drinks, serving wine and beer, maintaining a clean bar, and complying with health and safety standards. Availability for flexible nights/weekends is required; base pay starts at $17.00/hr plus tips, with tip

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of beer and wine.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks, serves wine and bottled beers, and draws draught beer from kegs.
• Interacts with guests, takes orders and serves snacks and drinks.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display and merchandise drinks.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary bar that meets Department of Health standards.
• Complies with all food and beverage regulations.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
