Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Comfort handling money and POS systems.
• Willingness to learn every station.
• Experience in kitchen or customer service is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and take accurate orders with a friendly, personal touch.
• Run the register and POS system, process payments accurately, and keep the checkout area organized.
• Cook pasta and prepare dishes to Nicoletto’s recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Make fresh salads and sandwiches with care and consistency.
• Work expo: check tickets, coordinate timing with the kitchen, verify accuracy and presentation, and ensure complete orders.
• Communicate modifications and allergy concerns clearly and follow food-safety procedures.
• Move between stations, keep teammates informed, and stay calm during rushes.
• Stock stations, keep guest and work areas clean, and help with opening/closing duties.
