Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a casual dining or bar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age and have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (bartending license, alcohol server training).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails and wines.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and keep stock levels.
• Greet guests and take drink orders with menu-based recommendations.
• Monitor responsible service and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and garnish drinks for consistent presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen/service staff to ensure timely orders.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to help guests decide.
• Provide excellent customer service for a memorable experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
