Company: Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an IT/Zero Trust Business Intelligence Analyst to support Kadiak and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to obtain a Public Trust clearance. It is a remote opportunity.

The IT/Zero Trust Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a consultant for Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure service analytics. The role involves developing metrics and dashboards to measure the quality, performance, and effectiveness of Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure applications and support processes. Additionally, it provides project management support to assist technical teams with Zero Trust implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Zero Trust and enterprise infrastructure applications operational analysis to maximize product features.
2. Work with IT Service Management to measure and improve operational support processes.
3. Assist with enterprise Change Management procedures.
4. Develop performance analytics, reports, and dashboards to assess service quality, providing optimization recommendations.
5. Perform data analysis to identify performance improvements and develop metrics.
6. Review data for trends and insights.
7. Manage projects supporting future architecture and technology requirements for Zero Trust.
8. Provide project management support for Zero Trust solutions implementation.
9. Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals, managing resources accordingly.
10. Plan and supervise projects to align with strategic objectives.
11. Assess operational security policies for Zero Trust alignment.
12. Support the implementation of Zero Trust principles across identity, network, device, application, and data layers.
13. Collaborate on Zero Trust transition plans with other business units.
14. Support IAM initiatives, including MFA and process improvements.
15. Engage in self-development through available training.
16. Plan daily activities to maximize productivity.
17. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must Possess Extensive Experience In The Following Areas

• Experience with Business Intelligence systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow Analytics, Cognos).
• Senior level enterprise application systems administration and project management experience.
• Leading implementation of complex applications in large enterprise environments.
• Designing and implementing Zero Trust principles in collaboration with multiple business units.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Zero Trust solutions and business intelligence in large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 5 years’ IT systems administration experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundations, MCSE, MCITP, Security+, CISSP are desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and applications.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• US Citizenship required; ability to pass a background check for security clearance.
