Job summary

Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) in Holland, MI is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end inventory management across warehouse and office storage areas. You will ensure goods are received, recorded, labeled, and dispatched for B2B orders, maintaining organized spaces and strict controls.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, with experience in serialization and space optimization, and comfortable coordinating with transport vendors to keep shipments on

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Experience handling serialized, high-value, or regulated inventory preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed between VTG’s office locations in Michigan and northwest Ohio.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel; able to learn IT packages quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-ready inventory records.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
• Clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Vendor & Client Liaison: Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and clients.
• Documentation: Reconcile counts and monitor inventory levels.

Position Overview

This role is critical in ensuring that goods are received, accounted for, and dispatched with precision. You willbe responsible formaintainingsecureand efficientwarehouse and officestorage areas, balancing the demands of B2B orders and service tickets.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented "hands-on" professional who can navigate the complexities of inventory serialization and space optimization.

Day-To-Day Duties andResponsibilities

• Operational Oversight:Manage receiving, storage, and distribution in strict compliance with company policies.
• Organization and Cleanliness:Keeping all warehouse areas in a well-organized and clean environment. This includes disposal of all trash and unused packing materials.
• Inventory & Serialization:Maintain100% inventory accuracy through monthly checks and rigorous serialization processes
• Logistics Management:Process orders for B2B clients and service tickets, ensuring products are prepped, labeled, and shipped promptly.
• Equipment Staging & Kitting:Stage, kit and prepare equipment for deployment, ensuring accuracy,completenessand readiness prior to shipment.
• E-Rate & Regulated Inventory Controls:Maintainstrict chain of custody,inventory segregation, and documentationstandardsfor E-rate eligibleand government-funded equipment
• Facility Optimization:Design and implementinventorylayouts to maximize spaceutilizationand improve workflow efficiencyin our warehouse and office storage areas.
• Safety & Compliance:Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards; regularly inspect equipment and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
• Vendor & Client Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for transport companies, suppliers, and clientsregardingdelivery status and service quality.
• Documentation:Utilizedata storage systems to reconcile physical counts andmonitorinventorylevels.
• Audit Support:Assistwith internal and external audits as neededbymaintainingaccurateinventory records, shipment logs, and serial number documentation.

MinimumQualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Experience handling serialized, high-value, or regulated inventory preferred

• Physical requirements include:
• the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time,
• lifting, carrying,pushingand pullinginventory items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• ability to work in warehouse environments that may include temperature variations, dust, and confined storage spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previousexperience withConnectWise or similar ticketing system
• Previousexperience withNetSuiteor similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to implement new operational initiatives or "gate processes."
• Strong numerical skills for data reconciliation and inventory forecasting.
