Job summary

FinOps Weekly in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an IT Vendor & Contracts Coordinator to own IT spend visibility, contract lifecycle, and chargeback accuracy. This role requires disciplined procurement/finance background and strong Excel, SaaS contracts, and ERP familiarity.

You will manage spend tracking, vendor invoices, renewals, and budgeting processes, collaborating with IT and Finance leadership in a 100% onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in IT financial management or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with SaaS agreements and MSAs.

Responsibilities

• Track IT expenditures and reconcile budgets monthly.
• Manage IT vendor contracts, renewals, and invoices.
• Coordinate procure-to-pay in ERP and three-way matching.
• Prepare financial reports and cost trends for leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
