Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a seasoned professional to lead Computer System Validation (CSV) across enterprise GxP systems. This role collaborates with IT Delivery, business users, and Global Quality to ensure CSV activities meet internal procedures and regulatory standards.

The role actively leverages AI to accelerate validation deliverables, requirements analysis, testing, and documentation quality while promoting agile CSV practices, test automation, and governance across the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in CSV or validated IT environments.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (Qumas, Veeva, SharePoint).
• Familiar with ALM and IT service management (ServiceNow).
• Experience applying AI to validation document creation and review.

Responsibilities

• Define and own IT CSV strategy for enterprise GxP systems.
• Lead CSV activities through completion; act as SME for CSV deliverables.
• Support CSV for COTS and custom-developed solutions; guide teams.
