• Familiarity with ALM, JIRA, and IT service management (ServiceNow).
• Ability to apply AI as an accelerator for validation activities.
• Strong communication and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT CSV efforts for enterprise GxP systems.
• Collaborate with IT Delivery, business users, and Quality to plan CSV activities.
• Ensure requirements, testing, approvals, and change control are documented.
• Promote AI, test automation, and agile CSV to improve efficiency and traceability.
• Provide innovative ideas to improve quality and compliance.
