Job summary

Minitab is seeking an experienced IT executive to lead and unify its internal technology organization from our Global HQ in State College, PA. This role balances strategy with hands-on leadership to modernize enterprise systems while ensuring continuity for a global manufacturing-focused platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive information technology experience.
• At least five years leading managers or multidisciplinary IT teams in a complex business environment.
• Broad leadership experience spanning workplace technology, infrastructure, IT service management, enterprise applications, data and reporting platforms, identity, vendors, and operational continuity.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, endpoint and network operations, identity and access, monitoring, backup and recovery, enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, and automation.
• Experience implementing security controls, managing remediation, supporting audits and privacy obligations, and partnering effectively with an independent security organization.
• Experience managing IT budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, licensing, cloud and SaaS costs, and technology lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Unify Minitab’s internal technology organization under a common service and operating model across enterprise applications, workplace technology, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Provide hands-on leadership and transformation to balance business continuity with modernization.
• Strengthen day-to-day service delivery while building operating discipline, roadmaps, ownership models, and capabilities for growth, acquisitions, and ERP modernization.
• Develop strategy with senior leaders and build high-performing teams while staying close to the work to improve processes and services.
