Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy focused on OEM partner-level certifications, ensuring it aligns with our organic and inorganic growth paths.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Act as the primary L&D contact for our key technology partners, understanding their certification tracks and requirements. Collaborate with leadership across our portfolio of companies to conduct skill gap analysis and align training initiatives with their unique business needs.
- End-to-End Program Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of certification programs, from identifying needs and creating learning pathways to scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Competency Mapping: Create and maintain a skill-based heat map to track current competencies, identify gaps, and forecast future needs based on our strategic goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Implement and manage systems to monitor employee progress, certification status, and program effectiveness. Deliver standardized analytical reports on the ROI and business impact of the L&D initiatives.
- Multi-Entity Coordination: Standardize certification processes and streamline learning resources across multiple subsidiary companies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7-8 years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Technical L&D: Demonstrable experience designing and managing technical training programs, specifically focused on OEM or partner-level certifications.
- Program Management: Strong project and program management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners, across different business entities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create compelling reports to demonstrate the value of L&D programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
