Job Description:

Treyarch is seeking a talented IT Technician to join our team!

In this role, you will provide end user support for our game development teams, including software and hardware support (installation and troubleshooting), imaging PCs, and other desktop support tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration across teams.

This position is 100% onsite at our studio in Playa Vista.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support to end users via Slack, email, or in person, whether remote or onsite
• Managing and supporting Active Directory
• Provisioning workstations for new and existing users (imaging, software, hardware deployment)
• Resolving remote and onsite hardware issues (printers, shared PCs, video game consoles)
• Deploying and troubleshooting software (e.g., Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Autodesk, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Managing IT assets and inventory
• Supporting IT projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• + years of professional IT support experience
• Familiarity with video game consoles
• Previous experience in a video game studio is a plus
• Knowledge of PC hardware and Windows environments
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay range in the U.S.: $29.81 - $55.14, based on experience and location
