Plateau Software Inc in Huachuca City, AZ is seeking an Associate level IT Technician to join our team at Ft. Huachuca. This onsite role on the 3rd shift focuses on hardware/software troubleshooting, end-user support, and ticket handling to ensure reliable IT services for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess an Active Secret Clearance and Security+ Certification, with a commitment to maintaining secure IT operations and providing responsive support to government personnel as required.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Active Secret Clearance.
• MUST HAVE Security+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and user support requests.
• Support equipment troubleshooting including end user devices, peripherals, printers, etc.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Support student on boarding by validating student network access.
• Ensure all requirements are met by the student while in processing to allow for network access.
• Provide direct, indirect, logical and physical support for all Student IT devices to include but not limited to: HD replacement, RAM upgrades, system convergence, troubleshooting, software updates, hardware update, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting student devices when faults are encountered.
• Document all faults encountered and remediation of faults.
• Monitor the local ticketing system continuously during hours of operation and complete/close-out the tickets within the syste
• Document work completed in a local ticketing system
• Other duties as assigned

Plateau Group is seeking an Associate level IT Technician to join our team. The Associate Technician is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting customers with IT questions, ticketing work completed, and supporting high profile military or government personnel as required.

This is an onsite role at Ft. Huachuca and will work 3rd shift.
