Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) is expanding and seeks driven IT Technician leaders to support laser printers, mobile scanners, network infrastructure, and our proprietary WMS.

You will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and gain knowledge of our WMS (Streme) while configuring and supporting operations. Role requires 3 years IT experience or a related degree, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and macros.

Qualifications

• Three years of IT experience or an associate/bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and ERP interfaces.
• Excel expertise with macro writing.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software in the plant.
• Audit systems to ensure reliable operation and performance.
• Support WMS (Streme) configuration and operations.
• Set up RF scanners and manage service requests.
• Understand EDI and data exchange via web services.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, android mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.

• Installs, supports, andmaintainshardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software while supporting the operation.
• Continuallyauditsour systems used in our plant to ensure operation.
• Gain knowledge of our WMS (Streme) and the understanding and ability tosupport,configuration.
• Sets up RF scanners, audits and sends in for service.
• Knowledge and understanding of EDI and exchange of data through web services.
• 3 years of IT experience OR Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree.Certifications are a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouseenvironment.
• IT WMS software systems experience related to managing a warehouse.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to write understand Macros.

Schedule/ Shift: Monday to Friday 4pm to 12:30am

Location: Spring Hill

Travel Requirements:

Over Time: up to Occasional. Position is eligible for Overtime pay
