Community Counseling Solutions in Eastern Oregon seeks an IT Technician (I, II or III) to support the IT Administrator and staff. You will install, modify, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for networked systems, printers, and devices.
Tech I requires an associate degree or equivalent; Tech II requires a bachelor’s with 3–5 years; Tech III requires a bachelor’s with 5+ years. The role offers competitive pay by level, benefits, and flexible work options.

IT Administrator
Tech I B08 ($25.19 - $36.97 per hour, depending on experience)
Tech II B09 ($27.55 - $40.58 per hour, depending on experience)
Tech III B10 ($30 - $44.66 per hour, depending on experience)
The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support to the IT Administrator and staff. Installs, modifies, troubleshoots, and provides technical advice and support to system users.
The IT Technician reports to the IT Administrator.
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
No certifications are required for this position. Any Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, etc.) and/or knowledge of Microsoft 365 considered a plus.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and carry personal auto insurance for privately owned vehicles utilized for CCS business such as client service purposes, for travel between business offices and the community, and to attend required meetings and/or trainings.
If an employee drives their personal vehicle for CCS business, they must carry $300,000 or more in liability coverage for bodily injury and $100,000 or in liability coverage for property damage. They must submit proof of coverage, and they must maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS. The employee’s insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary. CCS reserves the right to not allow any employee to drive any vehicle owned by CCS.
Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 410-007-0200 through 410-007-0380.
In addition to the pre-employment background check, each employee shall be checked on a monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists. If it is discovered that an employee is excluded or sanctioned it will be the cause for immediate termination of employment.
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require find manipulation, grasping, typing, and reaching.
The employee is also regularly required to sit, talk, and listen; use hands and fingers and handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel and/or squat when adjusting equipment or retrieving supplies.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work is performed in an office environment and the noise level is usually moderate, but occasionally may be exposed to loud noise such as raised voice levels and alarms. Occasional out of area travel and overnight stays may be required.
This position may be exposed to the everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as an office (i.e. moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, electrical shock, etc.).
