Housing Works is seeking an IT Technician Level I in New York. The role requires knowledge of software, hardware, and networking, and involves on-site end-user support to boost productivity. You will liaise with Housing Works, Xerox and Comserv/BCMone, and other vendors to maintain and improve the IT environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in computer science or related field. Professional IT certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The IT Technician Level I must be knowledgeable in software, hardware, networking, and other technical aspects.
