Job description

Pay Range: $19 - $23 per hour

This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday - Friday from8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

As an IT Support Technician I, you’ll be the first line of support for employees across the organization—resolving technical issues, improving system performance, and helping to ensure a seamless technology experience for our team. This is a great opportunity for a service-oriented professional with a passion for solving problems and supporting others.

In this role, you will:

• Provide first-line technical support via a ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and support new hires; assist with offboarding
• Coordinate installations, upgrades, and repairs with vendors
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
• Support testing and implementation of new technologies
• Follow company standards to ensure data security and system integrity
• Occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in server, network, and desktop support
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Travel is rare, but minimal travel may be needed for critical issues.
