Job summary

Ampcus, Inc. is seeking a senior QA/AI QE leader to drive AI maturity across testing programs. You will collaborate with QE CoE leadership to scale AI-assisted testing, automate processes, and align with retail and supply chain transformation initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in test consulting, AI technologies, and complex stakeholder coordination, with onsite responsibilities in Richardson, TX. Virtual/onsite interviews and relocation options are available.

Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

• Experience working closely with customer QE CoE leadership to drive AI maturity and AI QE change management, process standardization.
• Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled STLC, AI-assisted testing, and productivity platforms.
• Experience in leading and setup of QE CoE
• Strong domain expertise on Retail Digital Transformation as well as Supply Chain Transformation programs
• Understanding of API, Test Automation tools and tech stack and AI accelerators
