The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide hands‑on technical assistance to end users while supporting our expanding network infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems, configuring workstations and laptops, onboarding new employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop applications, network printers, and cabling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently. Some in‑state travel is required.
This position primarily operates in a professional office setting. This role may occasionally travel for business purposes.
