Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in Domestic IT recruitment, C2H hiring, client handling, and the ability to work independently as an IC.

This full-time, remote position requires 4-5 years of experience and offers a 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. You will handle end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple technologies, manage client relationships, source and screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in C2H and client handling.
• Experience in Client handling and Individual Contributor (IC) roles.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements and large clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client POCs, and understand hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, submit profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, and client portal submissions.
• Handle recruitment teams and drive hiring closures while managing individual requirements.
