Job Summary

The IT Technical Project Manager oversees planning, monitoring, and managing technical projects, including software development, system updates, and integrations. Collaborating with various teams, they ensure projects are well-defined, communicated, and executed efficiently, managing risks, changes, and program alignment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and document project plans, including tasks, resources, milestones, and risks.
• Ensure resource availability and project dependencies are managed.
• Monitor and communicate project status and issues.
• Manage change processes and support resource and roadmap planning.
• Participate in project activities, possibly leading as Scrum Master and process improvement initiatives.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years in technical project management.
• Proficiency in project planning software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, budget management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, maintain confidentiality, and align with company values.

Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment

• Work from home setup required.
