You will lead the team responsible for design, development, and maintenance of dealer and field application platforms, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and platform innovation. The ideal candidate will provide strategic IT leadership, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive modernization efforts across cloud and on‑prem environments while ensuring SOX and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years leading teams, managing resources and vendors.
• Experience with security, privacy, PII, SOX, governance, risk, and audits.
• Proven ability in modernization, design, estimation, budgeting, and both Agile/Waterfall
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on‑premise, plus tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the applications team and align IT strategy with executives.
• Deliver projects, enhancements, and production support with governance.
• Manage budgets, scope, risk, and delivery KPIs across programs.
• Oversee solution design, architecture reviews, and technical artifacts.
