We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of IT Associate supporting the Research & Development department with Windchill PLM support. The PLM system is at the core of new product development and serial production.

Your Impact

Support the global engineering organization by enabling key business processes using industry-leading software tools for new product development and change management.

Manage system testing, configuration changes, licensing, system optimization, and data migrations.

Organize and maintain configurations, processes, and customizations to ensure system sustainability.

Grow into the role of high product ownership of the Windchill PLM system.

Provide training and ongoing development for users.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT systems, including database management and enterprise application administration.

Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and processes to support business growth.

Ability to provide effective end-user support across various platforms and technologies.

Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a dynamic environment.
