Job summary

Delaware North at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex seeks an IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure, focusing on systems and network architecture, POS systems, and end-user assistance.

The role includes monitoring, backup/recovery, and on-going system improvements, with an annual bonus plan and comprehensive benefits. A Bachelor’s in IT or related field and 5–10 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including cloud, servers, LAN/WAN, and data communications.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure and systems architecture at Kennedy Space Center.
• Maintain and support POS systems (Micros, NetSuite, Gateway Ticketing, XPR, TapIn2, Mashgin).
• Plan and execute system upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring of networks/systems.
