Job summary

Delaware North is seeking an IT Engineer to support Kennedy Space Center operations. The role focuses on IT systems and network infrastructure, POS systems support, backups, and recovery, with additional duties in project deployment and after-hours events.

Required is a Bachelor's in IT/CS or equivalent experience, with 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, cloud, LAN/WAN, and end-user support. The company offers strong benefits and a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with cloud architectures, server tech, LAN/WAN, and data comms.
• Strong end-user support and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems and network infrastructure support and planning.
• Support POS systems (Micros, NetSuite, Gateway Ticketing, XPR, TapIn2, Mashgin).
• Manage backups, disaster recovery and monitoring.
• Assist in project deployment and special events IT support.
• Document configurations and SOPs.
