Job summary

Goldbelt C6, LLC seeks an expert IT professional to support the Training Execution Division of the Office of Antiterrorism Assistance in Virginia. The role covers planning, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint, website development, hardware, and information management.

The candidate will lead development and testing, collaborate with users, resolve issues, and guide IT policy and program planning across the division.

Qualifications

• Ability to define IT project goals and scope.
• Develop action plans, roadmaps, and schedules aligned with program goals.
• Prepare briefs and comprehensive reports for managers and executives.
• Analyze data and systems to guide decisions and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to deliver required capabilities for each release.
• Lead development and testing progress to meet user requirements.
• Resolve business and technical issues impacting the development team.
• Lead demonstrations and brief new capabilities in system reviews.
• Advise on IT programs, policies, and guidelines across the office.
• Oversee SharePoint/TMS administrators and enhance SharePoint modules.
• Provide guidance on evaluation methods for programs and IT matters.
